The Craft

Every patch starts as a raw piece of hardwood. We engrave each one in our Florida workshop, hand sanded and finished for a for a nice clean look and durability, then it's heat-pressed to the hat. No assembly lines. No mass production. Just one maker, one hat, one patch at a time.
