Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are made as soon as possible after your order is received. For larger or customized items, please allow for more production time before your order will be ready to ship. Typically, orders can be completed and shipped out within 2-4 business days depending on the item and how busy we are at the time with other orders.

You will receive an automated email from us when your item is shipped with a USPS tracking number. Currently, all items take between 1 and 5 days to arrive once picked up by USPS.

Please make sure that your address is current at checkout. We are not responsible for items that are shipped to the wrong address that you provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your address before we ship your item, we will be able to make the change. 

RUSH SHIPPING

If you need an item before a certain date, please check to see if it is possible prior to placing your order. You can contact us at info@4arrowscreations.com or use the "Contact Us" link and we will respond within 24 hours. 

There may be a higher shipping fee for rushed orders. We will give you a price estimate prior to you placing an order if that is the case.
