How It Works

Step 1 — Start with the Setup Fee Every order begins with the Setup Fee – Includes 1 Hat ($45.00). Add this to your cart first. It covers the design proof process and includes your first finished hat. Nothing goes into production until you've approved a digital proof.

Step 2 — Add more hats (if ordering more than one) Add the quantity tier that matches how many additional hats you need. The first hat is already covered — you're just adding the extras.

Step 3 — Choose your style and colors Use the selectors to pick YP Classics unisex or Infinity Her ponytail, then enter how many of each color you want. Mix and match freely. Not seeing a style or color you like? Email us at danny@4arrowscreations and we'll help find exactly what you're looking for.

Step 4 — Upload your logo SVG, AI, EPS, or high-res PNG work best. Not sure if your file works? Upload it anyway — we'll tell you during the proof.

Step 5 — Describe your vision Tell us the look you're going for, placement preferences, or anything about your brand.

Step 6 — Approve and we build We send a digital proof before any wood is touched. Once you approve, hats ship within ~10 business days.

Example: 12 hats total
$45 setup fee, including the first hat, plus 11 additional hats at $28 each = $353 total

Example: 50 hats total
$45 setup fee, including the first hat, plus 49 additional hats at $23 each = $1,172 total
